Thank you for choosing Zbello. We are committed to providing high-quality pieces and a positive shopping experience. At this time, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item you receive is damaged during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving and signing for your package. Please contact us immediately by emailing contact@zbello.com or sending a message on WhatsApp to +251 99 528 2086, and include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. All claims must be supported by evidence to be eligible for a return and refund.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging if a return for damage is approved.

  • We are not responsible for damages that occur after delivery, including wear and tear, mishandling, or improper storage.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged upon arrival.
